Return Process

  Log into your Vastrado account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the Request Return option for the specific item you wish to send back.

  Pack the Item

  Place the product in its original packaging with all brand tags, labels, and invoices intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Handover to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; simply hand over the securely sealed package to our authorized logistics partner.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
